I ordered a gopro Hero 11 as per their advert and as an existing subscriber. The price was good and showed either baterries and charger or a few accessories. I contacted customer support who verified what I would receive - charger and batteries as well as camera.Ordered but no charger and batteries even though their assistant says there would be. Contacted GoPro on the phone and they say only with new subscritions - That must be in the small print and no way would they assist further not even with an offer.Shoddy, Advertising something you wont get, Not impressed at all and will not be repeating any orders when the time comes. Avoid this lot like the plague.
