The worst customer service of any company I've ever come across. The arrogance is dumbfounding. I ordered a new Hero 11, only for my order to be cancelled saying they were unable to fulfill it. When I phoned their ghastly customer service I was told they don't need to give an explanation as to why and my money will be returned in 5-10 days. So now I'm left with no product and out of pocket till they decide they can be bothered to return the money. I've now switched to DJI. A company that takes customer service seriously.
