Update:On their page they remove reviews what they don't like.This way it is easy to keep the product ratings above 4 stars. ;)But look around here, it speaks for itself.I wish I would have looked better before I let myself scammed by them.Earlier:Absolutely inadequate company and support.No ways to order charger and batteries in a separate order other than with the camera due to restrictions.No ways to get extra batteries this way from the GoPro shop.No notifications about this when ordering a camera like "hey fool, you won't be able to order batteries later on if you don't do it now", or anything.The support is absolutely unable to help you with thisNo offered coupons, partial refunds to compensate, nothing, absolutely rigid attitude, no cooperation when I asked for help.Going to be similarly rigid when I file a lawsuit against this sad excuse of a company.The only option would be to buy another camera with the batteries and then to send the camera back...Seriously?All the other major companies, even the smaller ones are able to get batteries shipped to you.This is ridiculous.Also GoPro doesn't have a support email in the 21st century, to contact them, only a very basic and limited chat what is a pain to use, but they cannot help you anyway.Also the chat history was not sent in the follow up email even though I requested it.Absolute trash of company policies there.Thinking of getting a refund for the whole whatnot I got from them.What an absolute disgrace.
