Files could be downloaded via a pc/laptop and installed by USB Connection. Go Pro have no customer services, no direct method or dedicated type of contact, such as an email address, this is the typical controlling behavior of big corporate businesses, forcing customers into a religion type system that is hard to leave, just like apple have done, locking customers into a rolling obligation!
