I purchased a HERO12 Black Creator Edition pack. I want to get the Sd card out but to edit but, I can't because the door appears welded shut (I will take it to a camera shop and maybe they can assist) but, I followed all their directions but don't want to risk applying too much pressure in case it breaks. Trying to query or ask for support is ridiculously hard with only US support while the rest of the time zones in the world don't appear to have any options. The is NO Chat/ AI assistance email or support messaging system that provides any comfort that you will get a response. I would not recommend getting a GoPro they may work OK but the product support is terrible.
