Stressed and unsolved service

Recently I had very bad experience with Google Fi services .I have placed order for 5 phone devices on 25th Nov 2022 .After placing order ,I was given 29th Nov as delivery date .I have to port my number ,so based on delivery date I closed my current Carrier plan as on same day it was ending . I didn't get devices delivered on 29th Nov and delivery changed to 30th Nov .On 30th Nov I got 4 devices and I distributed to my 4 plan members as per their color choice .My ordered device with preferred color was coming in different shipment as per order and in Google Fi account ,Order was showing delivered and Shipment was showing "Carrier need to Pickup ,Label Generated " .I didn't get device on time and as per status device was not shipped .Weird that from from 25th Nov to 29th Nov shipment was in same status ,but Google fi has no way to work or track such shipment which are not picked in last 3 days from day of label creation .On 29th Nov I chat with support and after lot of discussion ,got answer that I will get device on 1st Dec and Shipping manager promised that .on 1st Dec 2022 ,there was no change in status and on calling support said ,I need not to care for status and device is in "In transit" status and I will get it by end of the day .End of the day again I called support and they said matter is escalated and support ticket 0-7098000033398 is created .I kept on requesting and telling my urgency under that support ticket but no one responded .I told support that from 29th Nov my current account is closed and due to not getting Google Fi device ,I could not port my number and due to all this neither I can place any call nor I am getting any call .If their is any emergency in my kids school or anything I have anything to connect .I requested to send me device over night and also share Shipment Tracking number .I have been given a response that we can't do that .Our team is working .It is so weird that a device I ordered on 25th Nov 2022 and paid money ,but I have to everyday call and follow up and get same response that we are working on this .Finally support ticket 0-7098000033398 was closed without resolving the issue and a new ticket 0-1741000033564 was created .I asked without resolving the issue way old ticket was cancelled and new was opened and still device shipment showing same status "Carrier Need to Pickup ,Label is generated ".Finally due to so much follow ups and false promises ,I need to request to cancel order and refund money so that I can go to other carrier and get with world connected again .With no active phone connection everyone can understand situation .But for google fi it does not matter .In new ticket also I was told currently investigation is going on ,after that only they will be able to cancel order and I will get my money refunded between 2-14 days .Super support ,I didn't get device ,I have to do all follow up ,I have to spent my time and I have to disconnect from world 6 days ,I have to get stressed that who might be calling ,hope their is no emergency ,how to remain connected for office calls & job .Finally with all this bitter experience from google fi ,I today got money refunded and they never cared for problems which I faced .I have simple question ,when a customer does any delay in payment or lets say payment fail ,we immediately gets punished with heavy amount but what about these companies when they do delay and bad services .Only sorry works for them .I never expected such services from google .I was a very bad and frustrating ,stressed experience
