i had some pratt in a mini hit the side of my car fekkin up rear drivers side door so my insurance company contacted enterprise for a repair and a hire car for me while mine is being fixed.enterprise called me yesterday to arrange for my car to be collected and they said they would be out today between 8am and 5 pm but no one turned up or even give me a curtasy call explaining why they havn't collected.also the hire car i was supposed to be getting today was a no show with no curtasy call.AVOID ENTERPRISE they are the worst company EVER and ill be asking my insurance for a different company in future
