As I am going through hospital treatment, I am having to battle it out between ITVX and Google Play that I didn't purchase the annual sign up to ITVX, only the free 7 day trial. I received no email confirming of an annual sign up, I don't even have access to it. ITVX said there's nothing they can do, it's down to Google Play. There's no one you can talk to at Google Play you just get a templated reply that you're wrong. Customer in the middle again! ITVX need to communicate with Google Play!
