I booked extra luguage for this flight. Handluguage 10 kg. I added this to my booking on mywizzair. While we were waiting in a que for boarding this flight a member off your staff checked the boardingcard and told us we could not take the handluaguage into the plain. We should have checked it in as holdluguage. To me this was new information. It was not vlesrly communucated as I added this extra to my booking. Now I was forced to pay 65 euro per 10 kg bag extra to get permission tot take it into the plane. I had no choice. I already payed about 50 euro's per bag to upgrade to 10 kg. It was a realy unpleasant experience. I think it is not reasonable tot pay double tariff. It was alsoo not possible to check in the handluquage as holdluquage yet. I ask you therefore to refund 130 euro, based on double payment which was not reasonable in this situation. The customerservice refused any kind of refund. I felt ripped-off.
