As a small business owner, I’ve been struggling with Google My Business’ verification process for weeks, and it’s become an ongoing nightmare. Despite following every instruction and providing all requested documents, my business remains stuck in verification limbo with no clear guidance or resolution in sight.The instructions are confusing, and the support I’ve received has been completely unhelpful. After numerous attempts to contact Google support, I’ve only received generic responses that don’t address the core issue. It’s damaging to my business, preventing me from reaching customers and impacting growth.This inefficiency has caused significant stress and financial strain for me and many other small businesses, as we depend on Google’s platform to be visible to our audience.
