I made the purchase more than a month ago. I have contacted customer services multiple times to understand the shipment delayed. Same answer, “order status in process”. I also wanted to cancel the order and they did not allowed me to do it because the order is still in process… It is really frustrating , they are unreliable and do not solve the questions or issues! More than one month to send few items… only excuses , spent more than 160 £ and still nothing! Do not go there…
