Google consumer support is absolute crap. I had placed an order for pixel 8 pro and traded in my iPhone. I received an email saying PCS got my phone for inspection. After 3 days my phone was delivered. I deleted the payment profile as it was displaying as my main profile. And one week later I receive an email saying my trade in has been cancelled with no reason mentioned. I reach out the customer support and they tell me it's because I deleted the payment profile my order history has been erased. Hence my trade in has been cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous how can an order history be deleted. Now it's a nightmare for me I need to return this phone get my old phone back. The whole shenanigan for something so stupid. There was no email warning this, this cannot even be undone. They have the payment details but it's not enough for them. Absolute rubbish customer service.
