We use Go Daddy for our business utilizing Outlook email, excel, power point and teams. We were confused on the difference between an alias email address and a personal email address that goes directly to the individual Both personal and alias are set up under the master email on the Go Daddy account. The personal email only goes to the email address set up for an individual and not to the master email account. However, there is a feature that you can set up where all emails going to the personal Outlook email inbox can be forwarded to the master company email inbox too for review by the owner.
