Several of my domains had lapsed. They called and offered to renew them but did not reveal that they had invented a surcharge for renewing lapsed domains. They charged me over $900. I tried talking to supervisors, etc., but nobody at Godaddy cared. Plus, they have one of the worst, most unnavigable websites on the internet.
