I was lucky to reach Luciano who was a fanastic help sorting out my DNS issue. Matter of fact he deserves more than 5 stars, say 10. He made it so easy helping and explaining. This was quite unlike my experience with a female i spoke to yesterday this time, (I wish I noted her name) who flatly refuesd to look at my DNS records. She needs training, lots of training.
