I've spent hours chatting with GoDaddy support, and not once has my issue been resolved. Every time, I'm told to "wait 90 minutes" for things to work, only to find out nothing has changed. This cycle has been repeating for days if not months.Specifically, I’ve been trying to add a Maltese domain (.mt) to DNS Hosting, and the system consistently throws errors. Support agents acknowledge the issue but offer no real fix or follow-up.It's unacceptable that a basic feature like DNS management for an active domain is still broken after so long. GoDaddy seriously needs to improve its technical support and prioritise resolving long-standing issues instead of giving customers the runaround.
