I have been a loyal GitHub user for several years, but I am deeply disappointed with their recent service. About three months ago, my account was blocked without any clear reason. When I attempted to contact support to resolve the issue, they claimed that I had created multiple accounts, which is simply not true.What’s more frustrating is that after this initial response, they completely stopped addressing my tickets. Every time I open a new support request, they close it without any investigation or reply. This has caused significant disruptions to my work and projects.GitHub's handling of this situation has been utterly unacceptable. Blocking my account without a valid reason and then ignoring my pleas for help shows a complete lack of customer care and accountability. I expected a higher level of professionalism and support from such a reputable platform.I hope GitHub takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service and support systems.
