Booked 3 nights in Krakow and had arranged and paid for the Auschwitz birkenau tour months ahead. Got text the night before saying it was cancelled due to political events nearby? No one answered the phone or offered any type of rescheduling? Just a text! Extremely bad service! As a travel agent I really wanted to experience the whole story of Krakow so I could sell to my customers but unfortunately it didn't happen! I will never use this company again or recommend anyone else to do so. Others in our hotel got the same text! Not happy customers! After chatting to locals they said there was NO political events and they probably just oversold the tickets that day!! Never again!!
