I actually like the system on the whole which is a shame because their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Trying to get a detailed (and correct) response is not only time consuming, but incredibly frustrating due to their lack of clarity regarding the billing issues I'm now facing. Make sure you don't ever pay for something/upgrade by mistake as they 'don't do refunds'! Would I choose to work with them again knowing how they operate? Unfortunately not!
