I opened my GetResponse account completely clueless to email marketing a little while back, and was completely lost at first. Their resources and excellent support have helped me move forward with quickly with their platform which I now see was not as hard as I thought at first. I love the monster and the new reports pages are great. Don't get me started on the automated workflows. This is my marketing email home from now on. I have to recommend Get response to the experienced marketer as well as the total new guy like myself for all of their email marketing automation needs.
