After receiving a refurbished Tacx T2 turbo for my old one which failed outside the warranty I was delighted. However Garmin have completely themselves down as they have changed the free hub so you have to order a specific one if you run campag - a backward step and money making scam. They agreed to provide it for free.Now after being told it was going to be 5-6 weeks deliver (now in week 7 and no comms) I chased them it they’ve advised it’s October. Yet the same item is available from Amazon.Very poor service. I’d highly recommend avoiding Garmin at all costs and based on quality and customer service experience the Wahoo Kickr is a better option all round.
