Purchased an instinct solar watch on the 26th of Dec and nearly 2 weeks later get an email saying they have cancelled the sale because of a technical error with the price. Tried to speak to them during the 2 weeks and all you get is that there is a warehouse problem and the watch will be dispatched shortly.Garmin have no idea of customer service at all .The worst company I have ever dealt with.What makes it worse is a percentage of people that purchased the same watch on the same day as I did have had their watches delivered!!Garmin really need to grow a set and honour the sales.The fact that Garmin are not replying to anyone says an awful lot about this cowboy bunch.
