I had a vivoactive 4 for just over 2 years. Just about a month ago It started acting up, it development an auto shut down issue. After trying many resets I decided to take it to garmin service center.When i submitted my watch at the service center it was still in working condition meaning it used to work just will shutdown sometimes .So the guy tool 3 days to diagnose the issue and finally concluded that it cant be repaired and only replacement with a refurbished watch with 90 days warranty costing me around $150 .I declined his offer and took back my watch , now to my disappointment, the watch is total loss , it wont start , and after plugging it into the charger it may start but once i take out the charging pin it will shitdown again.The hard reset using two buttons , which i was doing merrily before , cant be done now.My watch is totally kaput, what a quality items garmin has and what quality service .I will lidge a complaint against service center..
