Heart rate data incorrect

After proving to garmin across five phone calls and three months of emails that their watches do not calculate resting heart rate correctly in the way that they advertise, requiring them to re-write all of their documentation on this topic, they still refuse to give me a refund, saying they have ‘no mechanism’ to do this. I’m not actually joking. They are rubbish.
