I've received a faulty product

I've received a faulty product, so I've emailed twice. No response. I managed to get onto the live chat, which is almost never accessible. Not only was it extremely confusing, but I got cut off. I've always been pro garmin and apart from my current product I've had no issues. However, customer services are awful.
