G2 had a very in depth review process. They covered the whole experience from beginning to finished product. I believe reviewers want to help companies and know that they are being listened to. I've done hundreds of various reviews and always believe honesty and integrity are the best policies! It is hard to run a company successfully in the US in 2023. Keep things positive and help your company to succeed! Now, people at the top management need to also be listening.
