I wrote a software review in exchange for an amazon gift card. I got the email with the link to redeem my reward and the link took me to a page that wouldn't load. It wouldn't load on Chrome, Edge, or safari. Even after I cleared my cache and made sure my web extensions weren't causing any issues. I contacted their customer support, which was a chat AI and just told me to do everything I'd already done or contact Amazon for support. Which they can't do because I don't have a claim code because the site won't load. I've reached out via email as well but haven't received a response so far. Not feeling optimistic that they will resolve it.
