I have a huge concern with the G2 moderators that is rather upsetting. I have 5 reviews that has been moderated, the one was even declined. BUT they all had the exact feedback. 3 of the reviews was regarding software I utilised whilst working in the corporate company ending 2017. I indicated this as it is one of the review questions and yet...I am told "Unable to Verify Use"...my use of the product, they requested additional screen shots of the different screens utilised. If I told you I don't work there anymore, how do you suggest I go get this screen shots from my former employer? One of the other reviews for Lucid, you want me to give you screen shots of the project interactions, I informed you this platform was used both internally as well as with some of my clients, POPI act dictates to me and cannot give you the screen shots as my clients info as well as strategic planning is displayed BUT, I have yet again sent you a screen shot of my account and highlighted the various platform I utilised and you still not happy to approve my reviews. I was under the impression that G2 need our help to review soft ware based on our knowledge and experience???????? I guess Not. This is really such a disappointment because completing this reviews are time consuming. and yes...you may not approve my reviews, but really not approve it. Do not "not approve" my reviews using the same response as if it was the same product that was reviewed. To be honest, your responses seem to be a little AI but most of all either lazy or trying to save cost and not reward my reviews
