Freshbooks is TERRIBLE - often it takes over a week to receive money after customers already paid. once it took 2 months as they claimed they were bouncing back and forth (issuing refunds), causing arguments with customers since I was assuming they tried to scam me, which I later found out not to be true - freshbooks was holding the money (I can only assume for their own investments) the entire time.
