I was relatively happy with the app and used it for tracking expenses and occasional invoices.But after trying for over a month to get their customer support to fix an invoicing mistake, I am now considering moving to a different provider. Every time you email support, the reps just bounce you back and forth, they said the sales team would contact me, they never did. I had to follow up, and folllow up, and follow up, and just wait. No, this is not how you handle such a simple problem. And at the end, they said the price was correct, and I showed them the email from the account manager saying it was not.Not worth my time anymore, going to stop using them and look for alternatives. Can't imagine having a bigger problem and trying to get them to help. My two cents - if you're thinking of migrating, keep a backup somewhere else, and test out the customer support first before you decide.
