No one ever answers when I call for help! (Often)They have this terrible ai system that wants to play 100 questions before you can get any real help!!!They will sell your info to marketing companies and fill your physical mail box with pre approved financing offers. They don’t listen to your concerns. They just play along to get you off the phone… they do not care about providing a good service. They just nod along until you hang up. (Absolutely worthless)!FreshBooks is absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
