Freepik just want respect from contributor, but they don't give respect to contributor complaint.I've been looking solution for my pending files that haven't been reviewed for months. Their customer service only provides similar answer like 'We working on your problem'. Of course it makes me mad until on February I use derogative language to them (which actually I didn't want to use it if they can handle my problem properly).Today my account is blocked unfairly. Their reason is I still use derogative language repetitively until now, which in fact I didn't do it!! They can't even show me one single proof that they work on my problem seriously!! Instead of admitting their unprofessionalism, they just block my account!!So I don't recommend contributor to work on this full of BS site!! Not only about its pathetic earning, but they're totally not professional even if you ask for help kindly in the beginning!!! They wouldn't work on contributor's problem!! Sure your site will die slowly!!
