Worst experience ever with Fotor. I purchased their service and after wasting a considerable amount of time in the interface trying to use the tool I realized it does not work and requested a refund. The support was rude, slow to respond, and condescending. The desktop application freezes and is extremely buggy I cannot believe they are actually charging people for this.
