We've only been using JotForm for a little over a month and the entire experience, from set-up to fielding a clear and concise responses on Google Sheets has been seamless. Our staff doesn't hesitate in using JotForm several times a day to input dinner reservations for our hotel guests and our restaurant staff loves the consistency of receiving them without having to decipher bad handwriting or ask for missing information.
