For many months now I have had issues with Jot Form. My company is using it for online forms which we send out to our customers to fill out. For so long we are trying to update the payment details with our business bank account details, but that is impossible. When we signed up for their services we used the free subscription, but eventually, we needed to upgrade. But whenever we tried to put in our business bank or credit card their system was rejecting it, and that is why unfortunately we had to use our manager's personal account for the monthly subscription to Jot Form. Which I do not need to say is so inconvenient and ridiculous! Today, we are trying again to upgrade using some of our business cards, 3 different business cards, and the 3 of them were rejected! I can't be with this company anymore! To me, they are a complete joke and so unprofessional and the staff can't resolve this matter for months! Currently, actively looking for another platform to transfer our forms to, because I cannot keep up with Jot Form and their lack of problem-solving skills.
