Support is at least trying to solve the issues - so kudos. I've gone back and forth I don't know how many times - we're a cyber security firm, we ask people about password behavior as part of quizzes and tests - they cannot get over the word password and keep telling us not to collect passwords. We don't - we talk about behavior - I've emailed with at least 6 different people who don't read the email chain and keep telling me the same garbage. To be fair they’ve now tried to solve this so kudos for trying. Thank you! Now trying to solve SMTP email issues
