Software is buggy, and when you report the bug, a critical bug, they just say "ok, we will solve this problem some day in the future".So if you want to be sure that every datas you get to jotform is sent to another software through their integrations. Be careful, you should check it regulary. Because sometime it doesnt work. I had to make intensive testing to found out, in jotform logs, that jotform itself was the problem. Themself they dont monitor that. And then, they just dont solve the problem.PS: Thanks but I should not need to write a review to have those kind of critical issues be resolved. And anyway it tooks 10 days. And only because I spotted it and reported it. In the meantime I developped my own solution using zapier instead of your own integration.
