Motley Fool is best as a source of education on investing. They have several services that you can subscribe to depending on your needs. They make recommendations but are not a "tout" shop. Although they vet potential investments they recommend they cannot warrent them as foolproof winners. They have tagged some that are very high performers and this is where I have made a lot of money. Some they have tagged just kind of sit there but may pay good dividends. They also have a screener that rates equities. I have not seen any recommendations that were real losers from them. Motley Fools guidence recommends diversification so that you can have a few winners that greatly out perfom the others. Motley Fools will give you a heads up occasionly when it might be in your best interest to sell a particulary equity.
