I tried the Flipsnack tools on the free trial which was basically a teaser. Thinking that it had the functionalities I needed, I upgraded to a paid tier only to discover that the program's capabilities are significantly more limited than implied. I contacted customer service and they very vaguely quoted from their "policy manual." So it's basically a scam. They imply usability and then tie up your subscription fees. After I cancelled future months, they sent me an email asking me to come back. That's just silly since I had already lost confidence in both their integrity and the product.Response to Flipsnack: Thank you for the sympathetic response and offer to find a resolution. Sadly your good intentions ended there. As of January 22, I have yet to receive direct communication from you, never experienced a fully functional product, and you've made no attempt to honor a refund. Your empty words have only deepened my distrust and disappointment in Flipsnack.
