i had ordered sivaana palatte on 7th sep and that palatte was broken and damaged too,and i supposed to get my refund ammount on 15th sep but i dint get anything not even a call back.Amazon is far better than this,such a unprofessional and pathetic serviceand i would have given 0 rating but no option available. my order number this is my order numOD110164559338184000
