Customer care facility is very poor -Bed experiance for bed Parcel-courier service is very poor -All parcel stuff is poor-also no manners to talk to the customer-the product has been not packed from the courier service we all know that the product we buy is travel through very long route so it has been packed well but my product philips 4040f is totally already open & all packing material is damaged & product also a defective so i was complain the customer care their executive name “imran khalid” told me that it has not our fault that product you buy is not packed well or not packed anyway you have carry the product so its not our fault that packing is open or not packing welli hava a dought that the product they give me is changed in defected piece by courier
