I hadpurchased Moto E4 plus on 6th of January. It was our first online purchase from Flipkart and the service was miserable. We didn't receive the shipment on time and it was received by us after rigorous follow up with your team. The phone stopped functioning completely by 10th of January and hence we requested for a replacement. As per your policy, if there is any manufacturing defect, I suppose you replace the handset in 10 days time. However you sent your technician who did some repair and the phone started functioning. Very sorry to say that you had promised that the phone would function well and if there were any problems we could contact you with the same. After that, the phone has had the incidents of hanging up many times and now it has completely stopped functioning. We are practically fed up with the phone and the services rendered by Flipkart and your technician. I need an immediate solution on this as it is causing disruption in everyday activities. I have spent 10,000 rs for this handset and I am totally disappointed with the handset as well as the services. Please provide your prompt attention and arrange the replacement for the same today itself as this is only 4 months old handset.Waiting for your positive feedback.
