I ordered motoz2play phone from Flipkart my order I'd is OD112943794811081000 .I received my order on 26 July 2018.I raised replacement request with Flipkart then they told that technician will visit and he will analyze it n will give you replacement but after waiting for 4 days Flipkart cancelled my replacement request by lying that technician called me n I didn't answer.there was no call done from technician.I again raised replacement request then technician came n made me fool by factory resetting the phone n lowering volume level n fake updated issue resolved.I thrice called Flipkart that issue not resolved how one can repair defective speaker by just doing factory reset.this time technician visited n admitted that speaker r damaged n provide distortion and he will update to fkipkart.but 1 day later I got mail from Flipkart that issue resolved.I called Flipkart again n they told me their team updated fake issue resolved n they asked for some more time n at last they provide resolution they can't do anything.
