Worst eportal to buy anything from Flipkart... I had ordered Honor 7A from Flipkart on 22 Sept 2018 since I wanted to gift it to my mother who was shifting out of India on 4 Oct 2018..Initially Flipkart was supposed to deliver me the product on 26 Sept 2018, which was then postened by then to 3 Oct 2018 and the worst part is, even on 3 Oct 2018 I had not received the phone. On calling the customer support regarding the status of phone, so they said that have taken down my complain but they had no proper plan for what next to do not they had any contact details of the seller who was supposed to courier me the product. They again asked me to wait for a day.Finally I cancelled my order and bought the phone from retail since 4 Oct 2018 was the final day for me to gift the phone.I have never seen such a worst, latargic, irresponsible and casucl behavior company ever in my life.This guys are just justifying their jobs and earning some peanut in the form of their salary, but their management really do not have any set way of working or direction to handle their customer or maintain strong client relationship.Never buy anything from Flipkart... They are rediculous.
