Why don't I have an option to select none of the stars at all? I wish I could give some negative star rating for this sucking website. I had a bitter experience while purchasing lenovo laptop in offer. The laptop had several defects which was reported immediately after purchase but was not replaced citing various reasons. From then on i stopped using flipkart for purchases. Recently I tried ordering a mobile phone on exchange. My old phone was in good condition, except for battery problem and a very small damage to the body at the top. The delivery executive cited all possible reasons to reject the exchange and I was not able to contact the customer executive as well. In the website it was just mentioned that the mobile phone charging port should not be damaged to be eligible for exchange. But in reality, they exchange only if you give a brand new phone with zero scratches. That is just a stupid idea. It is better that they do not offer an exchange at all. Waste of time and energy.
