I ordered realme c2 under exchange policy. I got a msg from flipkart at 8.29 am saying my item is out for delivery. I waited till 10.30. After that I called the delivery man. He told me he is on the way and would reach in an hour.He neither came nor picked my call till 7 pm.At 7 pm he called me and told that he is not the person whom i talked to in morning.He said he doesn't hv much knowledge about used phones and i should wait for another 24 hours.I told all the matter to flipkart.After that he got angry and marked my used phone as not suitable.I felt cheated as a customer.I would never buy anything from flipkart.Amazon is far far better.
