No Flipkart is not trustworthy. I ordered a 5 tb power bank of 9000 rs. Paid online. And I am shocked they sent 2 terabyte power bank of 2500 Rs. I have been continuously following them, requesting them to initiate return the product and refund my money, but Flipkart customer service are just wasting my time. Every time they say your issue will be resolved in next 2-3 days. It's is almost 15 days. .I don't understand how can seller and Flipkart cheat and loot customer money and trust. How can Flipkart is downgrading to this level. They literally sent wrong product and not accepting to take it back. How can Flipkart make such fraud. I am really regretting making expensive shopping on Flipkart. These people are very cheating and careless. Flipkart will go down one day. I wish.
