Worst experience - Will never buy again from FlipkartI made 2 orders on Feb 1st and Feb 2nd for respiratory masks. They shipped 15pcs instead of 60pcs and for another shipped 5pcs of the wrong product instead of 60pcs. I called them on 5th to complain and did inform the situation to the rep, he said he will check and get back and phone call got dropped. They did try to contact me twice and calls could not get contacted. I was busy and could not contact them until Feb 13th as I did not read their return policy which ended on Feb 12th. They have said they cannot do anything as the return date has crossed. The problem is they are not even willing to contact their vendor and cross-check and verify what exactly happened with the vendor and see if they can trace back and see what happened and how this can be resolved.
