I have ordered a iPhone case , i got a completely different product and I did escalate the issue and they made me wait for 3 days just for a replacement . I did wait for 3 days and again they delivered a completely different case than which I ordered .Even after paying the amount which they have asked why should customer wait for such long days for flipkarts mistake .Again after replacement when I got the wrong product they are still asking to wait for 3 to 4 days for the issue to get resolved . No compensation was given for their mistake even being flipkart plus member .Overall I had a pathetic experience and I’m never gonna order any product from them for this negligence.
