Pathetic service, absolute no no care to its customers. Cant talk to any customer service person neither will receive a call back from them... absolutely hopeless. I urge people to not place any orders with them. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them from past 1 weeks, totally in vein. Amazon has a much professional approach! Very very very Bad and hopeless!!! Totally wasted my time and money with them.
